This release includes an insert with linernotes plus a bunch of rare photos. Great remastered sound as well. No doubt South Africa was the in-place in Mother Africa in the 1960s, with a strong rock scene, which can be heard on samplers such as the Cazumbi compilations and now Zulu Stomp!!, exclusively dedicated to that country. While national newspapers portrayed many young rock musicians as „hordes of sloppy, aggressive, be-jeaned louts [who with their] girlfriends cause so much trouble,“ a whole new generation of rockers was flooding the clubs with savage, primitive fuzz sounds. Zulu Stomp!! serves up some of the best Garage music you’ve ever heard! Tracklist: 1. A-Cads – Watch Your Step, 2. Upsetters – Daddy Rolling Stone, 3. Freedom’s Children – Satisfaction, 4. John E.
