You can order directly in our online store without account registration. The creation of a customer account is optional.
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. These are clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
You can select products from our assortment without obligation and collect them via the button “Add to cart” in a so-called shopping cart. You can then proceed to the checkout process by clicking the “Proceed to checkout” button in the shopping cart. There you get an overview of the items in the shopping cart and enter your billing and shipping address and the desired payment method. Clicking on the “Proceed” button will take you to the order overview.
By clicking the button “Place binding order” you submit a binding request to purchase the goods in the shopping cart. Before submitting the order, you can change and view the data at any time. Required information is marked with an asterisk (*).
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic email from our online store with a confirmation that your order has reached us and with the payment information. If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.
The automatic confirmation of receipt merely documents that we have received the order and does not constitute acceptance of the application. The purchase contract is only concluded when we send you an order confirmation or invoice or send the ordered goods to you within seven days.
