MONDO WAVE – Gonzo

Alrighty-o, here we go! A new band to join the Monster Zero ranks, Mondo Wave! The british / austrian band deliver their first full-length, Gonzo, and it’s a pure ‘n pretty rager. Currently based in Bristol, the band wanted to make an album more diverse than London Calling, they still do. We find them rocking hard somewhere between punkrock, garage and surf, with the occasional indie thrown in. The Hunter S Thompson reference should be clear and appreciated. You will DIG! If Andrew W.K. would take his music seriously, Mondo Wave would be a good reference.
